I appreciate that up to two kids age 12 and under eat free at the on-site restaurant, making it family-friendly. As a marine biologist, I appreciated the contemporary design.

While the staff were mostly helpful, there was noticeable confusion at check-in when my reservation seemed to be mixed up with another guest's. Despite the issue being resolved, it took longer than expected and was a bit frustrating.

The fridge didn't work, and the bathroom amenities were incomplete with no hand towel or waste bin, despite requests. Cleaning wasn't thorough, with noticeable bird droppings on the balcony. Managing luggage was chaotic, with lost items and locked fire exits raising serious safety concerns.

I had a great family weekend getaway! The balcony view was stunning, and brunch at the rooftop was a delightful experience. the small room size was a bit disappointing.
